As a returning character from Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon, Mei likely still acts the same when she appeared in the first game.
Appearance
Mei still looks the same as she was in Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon.
Story
Carmen references her in one of her dialogues, "I heard an interesting rumor the other day... This girl married a man who caught a giant lover snapper!" In Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon, it is very difficult to marry her.
Relationships
Talking to her will allow the player to change his name as well as the name of the farm. Mei cannot be befriended, but she will respond to a gift of a Lover Snapper as though it was a marriage proposal. Consequently, choosing the option "Let's eat." will make her angry.
