Once you've ordered the appropriate license for yourself, you can get a crafting table (as well as the forge) from Bado after you have activated the 2 central switches to get to the boss room in the Water Ruins, which you can place wherever you so choose. Please note that the option for the license will not appear until after you've talked to Bado and he has stated that it's time for you get a crafting table. Crafting is used to make armor and accessories, and you can get the recipe bread them by eating the accessory bread sold by Porcoline. You can also make items without a recipe, if you so choose.
