Leo can forge a Chopping Axe if Raguna gives him the Cheap Axe, 400 G, and 5 pieces of Iron. Note that Leo will say he is "forging" a Cheap Axe, but he means he is "upgrading" it. When he first gives it to Raguna, Leo calls it the "Wood-Chopping Axe."
